My on-line check-in was easy; front desk staff person was courteous and efficient; my nurse was the same (and funny!) and Dr. Allen listened to my concerns, answered my questions and was very helpful. She listened carefully to my concern, which turned out to be nothing, but did not make me feel stupid for asking about it. I very much appreciated her professional demeanor.
