Everyone I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. The office environment is comfortable and relaxing. Charlotte was well informed and easy to talk to, making for a pleasant experience.
Charlotte was extremely compassionate with me. She took a lot of time to talk to me and make me feel ease. She is the first person that has ever taken you seriously. She immediately put me at ease about the examination and was so gentle it's the first time I could honestly get through an exam with ease. She's wonderful!

Although check went swiftly. I was redirected to an entirely other suite, where there was no receptionist. It was odd, you never knew if anyone knew you were there.
