Cheryl Finell, CNM is very good healthcare provider and answered all my questions and concerns. The only reason I did not give a 5 rating is that the office staff all went to lunch after my appointment and it was challenging to find someone to give me my mammogram order. Cheryl did so and I was able to leave the office with the order.
She was very thorough. I didn't feel rushed and was able to voice all of my concerns. She was also very knowledgeable.
Cheryl’s kind demeanor made it easy to discuss my medical concerns. She was thorough, sincere, professional, & considerate of insurance coverage when discussing plan of care. Regardless of many gynecological exams over the years. It is still appreciated when a provider explains when & what they will be doing; Cheryl completed my exam in an efficient and least uncomfortable manner. It is always difficult changing providers. Dr Wolfgram delivered my boys (now 18 & 20 y/o). I am so relieved that I was placed on Cheryl’s schedule. I hope that she can remain my new primary provider.
