Was seen in a timely manner. Dr. Richardson met with me in her office first to go over my records & any concerns. Then I went back to the exam room, and she came within 5 minutes to complete my exam & pap smear. Dr. Richardson was very professional, friendly and easy to talk with about my medical history. She listened and gave me some advice for possible solutions I might use to treat minor problems I experience now. Bloodwork was able to be completed right after my exam and script for a scan was sent to me that same day.
Dr. Richardson is a very pleasant doctor that is skilled and highly knowledgeable. She truly cares about her patients and provides the best doctor care treatment. She works with her patients to collaborate decisions about care. I have seen her for more than a decade, and she is always very kind, caring and respectful. She's the best OB/GYN I have ever had. I always know I'm in the best hands and she is very trustworthy. She's also a lot of fun to talk with.
Dr. Richardson listened to and addressed my concerns. We met with her in her office before and after the exam to go over treatment and discuss questions. She had a warm and caring manner.
I called the office to make an appointment as I needed both a yearly exam with my doctor and a mammogram. The website would not allow scheduling for the mammogram, so I had to call the office to make the appointments to ensure they were paired together. When I arrived to check in for the yearly exam with the doctor, the appointment was not on the schedule. The mammogram was scheduled correctly, but there was no appointment for the yearly with the doctor. Luckily, the office was able to work me in, but the experience was rather frustrating and caused the visit to last longer than expected.
