If I was able to book my appointment with a human they would have explained that I didn't actually need the appointment, no follow up questions by AI so it was sort of a waste of everyone's time. (I thought I had to have Nexplanon removed and didn't realize I would have had to scheduled the replacement instead and that it didn't need to be a rush).
She is always so sweet, she never makes my appointment feel rushed. She always listens and often recalls info from past visits that isn't necessarily in my chart, which makes me feel seen and important. She's friendly and efficient during her exams. She's professional and respectful. I never get anxious about coming in for my annual, she makes me feel comfortable and at ease.
