Dr Rooney was very kind and took his time with me. He was very thorough and explained everything very well and answered any questions that I have I look forward to seeing him on my next visit and would definitely recommend him to any other patients who are having the same issues that I am.
This appointment with Dr. Rooney was a post surgery visit and as in previous appointments, Dr. Rooney is both kind and patient.
I was seen exactly at appointment time. Pertinent info was collected, BP taken, and I was prepared for Dr.'s exam. Dr. was friendly and well informed with my reason for visit. Pessary was removed, cleaned, and reinserted after examination determined all was well. Decision was made to continue using current pessary with next checkup in three months.
I like Dr Rooney and Randi. He is a very caring physician. Dr Rooney is one of the best physicians I've ever had. He is easy to talk to and his personality lends itself to a an excellent patient-doctor relationship.
Dr. Rooney took time and listened to my needs and didn't dismiss me like other urologists in the area.
I was seen in a timely manner. Current symptoms were addressed. Dr. R. offered some new medicines to try and see if things improve.
I was greeted when I walked. Staff was friendly. Dr. Rooney has a wonderful bedside manner. He really listens to you. He answered my question and I didn't feel rushed. He called me personally after the appointment and left a message on my phone and even followed up with another phone call to talk about my plan of care.
