Dr. Claudia Grogean completed her undergraduate BS degree from the University of Michigan, and her medical degree and residency from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. Dr. Grogean is fluent in Spanish, and has special interests in breastfeeding education and eating disorders. Dr. Grogean is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

She has done extensive research in STD prevalence and cervical length and pregnancy outcomes. Her free time is spent with her husband, Dr. Timothy Grogean and daughters.
