I have been a patient of this practice for a long time. This visit I saw Dr. Silvers for the first time. She was fabulous and I wish I had met her sooner. This is the first time in a really long time that I felt heard! She gave sound advice and recommendations. I felt like she truly understood menopausal symptoms. In the past I had opposite experiences when I saw a different doctor in the practice. Dr. Silvers listened and understood the changes I am experiencing with menopause. She suggested a bone scan at this appointment, which I was grateful for, especially since a different doctor last year told me it was too early to have one.
Dr. Silvers listened to my concerns and took immediate care and action. She was very professional.
Dr silver and Barbara, dr. Madison, Dr. Narla and dr ronika and while nurse groupalways so nice and helpful….. I love how the answer the question always there to provide support and creat compassion and comfort. Just little suggestions for front desk staff not everyone but specially the new ones they need more training on answering phone call with calmness and more compassion sometimes they sound little rude and bothered. Are you calling them. Just little suggestions not complaining
