Shannon is very knowledgeable in her profession. She is also a very kind and compassionate person. She listens to my concerns, will make recommendations and then caters my treatment to my specific needs. I finish my treatments feeling happy and confident. I went to Dr. Claytor's office for a consult regarding my torn ear lobe (my granddaughter had pulled my earring). He explained what had to be done. Then he asked me if I would just like to go ahead and do it then. That was great. I didn't have to anticipate the procedure. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. Dr. Claytor and his nurse kept me comfortable with enjoyable conversation.
