I traveled 2.5 hours to do my consult. I felt the staff was not only super helpful and involved but very in line with Dr. Claytor. I actually called him on his cell phone to face time to have him look at my face once more and he picked right up before I decided to pick him to do my procedure.

Dr. Claytor has an impressive academic background, having completed his two-year plastic surgery residency at University of Massachusetts Medical School. This also included a three-month training at Lenox Hill Hospital and Manhattan Eye and Ear Throat Hospital in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. He then completed an additional year in breast microsurgery, oncologic reconstruction, and hand microsurgery at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He was on the teaching faculty of the Lahey Clinic and served as a clinical instructor at Maine Medical Center for the University of Vermont College of Medicine.
Dr. Brannon Claytor has achieved many awards for his work including the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Healy Award, which is a $5,000 grant to support basic science research on, "Remote Ischemic Preconditioning mediated by Nitric Oxide", and the Alpha Omega Alpha National Student Research Fellowship: "Immune Tolerance through Gene Transfer in the Thymus". In 2011 he also was appointed by the Board of Trustees of Portsmouth Regional Hospital to be on the Institutional Review Board.
