She was so nice and gentle, she has such a good personality made me feel comfortable.
Both the ultrasound appointment and the physician visit had almost no wait time, which was wonderful. I had a really great experience overall. Dana was incredibly nice, friendly, and patient. She waited patiently while I finished the lengthy survey and took the time to explain things whenever I had questions. She was very professional and thorough when walking me through what to expect next, and she answered all of my questions thoughtfully and in detail. I especially appreciated that she even wrote down notes for me when I asked. She was also very considerate and gentle when performing the swab, making sure I was ready and comfortable throughout the process. The blood draw technician was also very friendly and skillful. I'm quite nervous about needles, and her calm manner and technique really helped ease my anxiety. I truly appreciated how smoothly everything went and how kind and professional everyone was.
