The staff were attentive and let me know what to expect throughout the visit, talking me through each step and explaining possible outcomes / next steps clearly and carefully.
Although my care is always excellent, my appt was at 11:45AM and the doctor did not come in to see me until 12:30. Makes for a rushed appt for me as I had another appt to get to. Better care needs to happen to keep appt times 'on time'. We are all busy and patients should not have to wait so long.
Staff was pleasant and clear, office was clean and pretty. Dr. Delprete has always been attentive to my concerns. I have seen her for over 20 years and this group has always been very good.
