Ultrasound wait time was long and the tech did not have good bedside manner. She did not explain anything to me and was pretty insensitive after telling me she couldnt see a fetus. Danae was great though and very empathetic

Denae is an excellent clinician with a knack for making me (a person with a history of medical trauma among other things) feel safe and like I am actually being listened to. She is an excellent resource from a patient education standpoint and her kindness shines through in each interaction.
