I'm a native Floridian born in Venice Florida. My love for medicine was instilled by my parents, one a physician and the other a chemist. I attended the The University of Florida graduating with a BS degree in 1977. I then graduated from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 1980. My residency in OB/GYN was at the medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, finishing in 1984. I have since been in private practice in Ocala joining my medical school roommate, Dr, Richard Mann. I have 3 beautiful daughters, (thanks to my beautiful wife), 2 son in laws and one 2 year old grandson. I also have a very spoiled black lab.
