The staff were equally lovely, patient, and kind. Dr. Berry took the time to really listen to me and thoughtfully explain everything, including what she would like to test next and, importantly, why. I never felt rushed or dismissed. I especially appreciated her warmth, attentiveness, and breadth of knowledge. It was such a positive experience from beginning to end, and I left feeling heard, informed, and very well cared for.
