Didn't have to wait. We chatted and she answered my questions clearly. My exam went very well.
The staff provided me the test to make sure I am ok, and they are polite and nice.
The providers were fine! But when I came into the office to check in I stood there while the front office staff ignored me for a while. If everyone was busy they could have at least said 'wait a moment'.
