Dr. O'Reilly has a pleasant personality, high professionalism, and good follow-up.
Staff was amazing. I was taken on time. Loved Dr. Austin. She took the time to ask questions, and asked me if I had any concerns.
Dr. O'Reilly asked me all the appropriate questions - how I was doing, any changes, any gynecological issues. She is always very nice. She did a breast exam as well as a pelvic exam and she is always concerned for my comfort and apologized when I am uncomfortable during the exam. I thought I was going to get a Pap smear done but she said I had one last year. I wish I asked her to explain this or I wish she reminded me of the guidelines as one tends to forget from one year to another.
