Ellen Zhang, MD

Dr. Ellen Zhang is a Montgomery County native and is excited to be moving back to the area to join the Capital Women's Care team in Bethesda. Her interests include routine and high-risk pregnancies, sexual health education, infertility, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She hopes to develop long-term relationships with her patients and to provide them with individualized, evidence-based care.

Dr. Zhang received her Bachelor of Science at the University of Maryland. She then went to New York to complete her medical training at New York Medical College. She returned to Baltimore for residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center.

In her free time, Dr. Zhang enjoys staying active and her hobbies include hiking, rock climbing, and traveling with her husband and friends.
