Erika listened when I described my problem. She asked relevant questions. She was kind and charming. Also, intelligent and caring and expressed concern. She examined me carefully, explained clearly the problem she saw, prescribed medications and clearly explained how and when to take/use the ointments and pills. My last experience was terrible! I am pleased to have found someone who actually listened and wanted to find a solution for this medical problem.
