Staff is friendly and helpful. She was great and explained each step what was happening, even though it is a procedure I've done previously.
The medical team and front desk people are all seriously great- professional, helpful, and you feel safe with them. but the people you talk to when you call are seriously not fit to work for you. you have to wait on hold so long when you call, and they know nothing about the practice and do not help you at all. I almost considered switching gynecologists due to the people you talk to on the phone when you call.
She was very knowledgeable and even provided references for referrals.

The practitioner addressed my questions and addressed the problem efficiently. She was careful and considerate when she did my pelvic exam. She also provided good details in her notes on the test results.
Everything started on time and were fairly quickly.
Provider listened to my answers to her questions, narrated her actions during the exam and recommended solutions to address my complaints. She arrived promptly, asked related follow-up questions, and shared her assessment in an easy to understand way. Grateful to have had her as a provider!
Su was fantastic -- great addition to the team! She was very kind and prepared for my appointment. I left feeling as though my visit was quick without feeling rushed. After my visit with Su, I was waiting to get my labs drawn for, what seemed to be, a while; the person that drew my labs was not as friendly/talkative as what the staff is normally like, but I think that was just a personality difference. All-in-all it was a great experience, as always!

Feiyan offers routine gynecological care, contraceptive counseling, diagnosis and treatment of vaginal infections and STDs, as well as management of basic gynecologic disorders. In response to the 2020 pandemic, Feiyan joined NYC’s task force to provide COVID testing and essential healthcare services to those in need. In the summer of 2023, she returned to Downtown Women to continue her work in gynecology.
