Everything was great. Just it would be nice if it's known what suite exactly I needed to go to as a new patient. I initially had gone to the 3rd floor and waited 20 minutes to be called and told that I was supposed to go to the 4th floor for my appointment. By that time it was already my appointment time and I made it to the correct suite 5 minutes late.
Dr France Suarez is very kind and takes her time to speak about all concerns. Her nurse was also kind and friendly. The visit was quick but thorough and I felt comfortable the entire time.

Although my wait time was long, it was worth waiting for Dr.Frances Perez Suarez. Her MA did an amazing job with my initial intake and based on my information, ordered exactly what I needed prior to seeing the doctor. Her ultrasound tech was also very nice and very knowledgeable, making my experience pleasant. Dr. Frances Perez Suarez is very personable and very easy to talk to. She acknowledged my concerns and discussed next steps for my treatment plan. I have been coming to her for years because she always has my best interest in mind. Dr. Frances Perez Suarez is the best! She is very knowledgeable and addresses every question/doubt you have. Definitely spends a lot of her time with her patients

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dr. Pérez Suárez earned her medical degree at the Ponce School of Medicine. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Richmond University Medical Center in Staten Island, New York, affiliated with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. She was also the administrative chief in her last year as a resident and received the award of excellence for female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery.
She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and has a strong track record of community service, taking care of others with her expertise and knowledge.
