Everyone at the office was friendly and efficient. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, but did not feel rushed. Dr. Dickens and his staff allowed time for questions or concerns.
The office staff and nurses are friendly and efficient. Dr. Dickens is patient, gentle and he has a great bedside manner. He is a good listener and does not just dismiss concerns or questions as I know some other doctors tend to do. He always maintains a calm demeanor which is very comforting to patients.
