I arrived 10 min late, but they worked me in so fast i didn't know what to expect. I was just going to sit and wait since i was late. The staff were all amazing, i brought my baby in and they helped me with all my belongings. They made me feel safe and comfortable. As they kept an eye on my son while i gave a urine sample. The dr was very professional and answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me great advice and exercises to help.. she sent out a referral and they called me same day to schedule. Labs came in next day and the setup from my phone was easy. The lady who drew my labs did great as well. Everyone was amazing and i felt good being their patient.

the entire staff- from reception, the sweet tech who took all my info, the blood draw person - was friendly, efficient, welcoming, kind, and they made it easy to ask questions. This was my first visit with Dr. Garbade, as it seems every year I get someone new. I liked her very much and felt comfortable with her right away. Great Job Everyone!

Dr Garbade was careful to listen and repeat back to me my concerrns, and addressed the solution, at least beginning stage and clearly establised a follow up time line. As well as offered opportunity to ask questions. Support staff were friendly and helpful. DR Garbade listened well, provided feedback well, and involved my concerns into a treatment plan. She also established a clear follow up plan so that issues could be readdressed in a timely manner.
