The care and medical attentiveness was impressive. The product was easy to use and effective.
Although my progress has been slow, I have seen very steady weight loss and that gives me confidence I can manage and keep it off in my own. The team has been amazing at answering any questions or concerns I have.
Patient care and communication
My experience has been nothing but extremely positive. The staff is very knowledgeable, attentive, responsive, caring, patient and professional. It gives me a sense of confidence I am in very good hands. My eating habits have improved along with drinking more water which was always a struggle. I definitely feel much better in my own skin!
I have enjoyed the process; it has been straightforward in helping me restart on the right track. Lauren has been amazing in assisting me along the way, and I feel cared for and supported. I have gained more control over what and how I eat. The program forced me to take a look at what I am eating, how much, and allowed me to make adjustments along the way.
I was instantly put at ease with Cynthia and Lauren. They continue to be very informative and helpful. I'm beginning to regain my confidence and I believe I'm making better choices and becoming more active.
