Dr. El Ado Mikdachi actively listened to my concerns. She didn't talk at me but rather talked with me which is refreshing. She explained menopause symptoms and treatment options in a relatable way using analogies that helped me better understand the concepts. I had done a lot of reading on my own but still learned a lot more from the discussion, and her comments even helped me connect the dots on things I had read. It was an excellent experience. It was evident that the Doctor took the time to read my pre-appointment information that I supplied. Dr. asked me for my goals and HEARD what I had to say, did not make me feel dismissed or marginalized. Dr. spent time to educate me on perimenopause/menopause and then offered me several solutions or next steps. I felt that Dr. wanted to allow me to make my own decisions after she educated me. We finished the call with concrete steps, and a plant. Dr. followed up on her end with notes and prescription same day. Excellent experience.

Very knowledgeable, not rushed, explain details to a tee!! I really enjoyed her and appreciate her care! The time spent and through details with my doctor was great! Overall happy with our conversation and plan.
The doctor spent a full hour with me explaining so much about this phase of life and going over all the treatment options in detail. I learned so much, especially about what is appropriate and not appropriate for me, and feel so much more equipped to manage this phase of my life knowing I can rely on care from this doctor and this practice.
