From the front office staff to the nurses and Dr Charles all were welcoming and caring. Dr Charles took the time and explained everything to me and answered my questions. I did not feel rushed.
Dr. Charles is always wonderful to work with and easy to talk to about any concerns that I have had over the years. Glad that Dr. Charles is part of my overall health care team.
