The esthetician was absolutely amazing—so warm, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to make me feel comfortable, explained everything she was doing, and was incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire service. You can truly tell that she cares about her clients and I’m takes pride in what she does. My skin feels so smooth and refreshed, and I left feeling completely pampered.
Hope provided a calm and comfortable atmosphere, along with a wonderful facial. I never felt any pressure to purchase any products, but when I saw my skin after, I asked her! The best part of the whole experience was meeting Hope. She inspired me, treated me with gentleness and respect, and took such good care of my skin. This is only the 2nd facial I have ever had. (I'm almost 73). My first experience was not good and I was never going to have another. But honestly, when I came to the office with my wife for her consultation, and observed every single person with the most incredible skin, I decided that this was the time to try again. I am so glad I did!
