My ultrasound techs have always been great. They are different in their experience levels and ability to provide higher confidence findings. The younger / less experienced ones seem to usually need to confer with someone else before answering my questions about when follow up appts are needed. It becomes difficult if I have to wait for a message in the portal because these are often time sensitive and the practice it too busy to really support that volume of timely support. Lisa has always been the most insightful and I’ve preferred to see her for my ultrasounds whenever possible.
Marcella is knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and 100% professional. I felt so relieved after the imaging was completed. I was confident that it was performed by a highly skilled technician, who is also a compassionate soul. I'm so grateful. Also your office and restroom is so clean!
