My goal is to collaborate with patients to help us achieve their goal outcome in the healthiest and safest way possible.

I knew from a young age that I wanted to go into medicine. My dad is an OBGYN physician and I would often hear stories from work. I went to medical school with a plan to find another specialty that I could call my own. I found that I was continuously comparing the rotations back to OBGYN and that it was where I was meant to be. There is nothing else like being present and helping with some of the most important moments of a person’s and family’s lives. OBGYN offers a chance to develop a relationship with patients over the course of their whole lives and a myriad of options to help improve people’s lives. Sometimes with small changes, our work together can have a huge impact on their quality of life.

I grew up in Eden Prairie, and always knew that my family and I would be coming home to the Twin Cities when we had the chance. In my free time, I am cross-country skiing, biking, hiking, playing board games and spending time with my wife and son.
