Kale Kruse made me feel heard and very comfortable. She never talked to me as if I didn't know anything and I appreciated this so much. I loved our conversation and her also giving me some other alternative ideas for an issue outside of hormonal things. I am so excited to have someone who is clearly excited to help women.

Dr. Weinrich was very professional and introduced himself to us and explained the procedure beforehand.

I received several notifications before the visit that reminded me to finish my paperwork before getting to the appointment. This allowed for my check-in process to be extremely easy, with a friendly member of the staff checking me in. My overall wait time to see my doctor was less than 10 minutes (and honestly probably less than 5). The nurse that was assisting the doctor and filling out my pre-appointment stuff was very nice and helpful. I leave my appointments with Dr. Soberay feeling like I was heard, offered options for support, reaffirmed in how I was feeling and overall just a good visit. I also loved that the gown that I had to change into fit my body and I didn't feel like if I sneezed that my cooter and boobs would fall out. That honestly helped make me feel so comfortable having materials fit me and not make me feel even more exposed during my visit. I also feel like the staff and doctors do a great job! I just have to highlight the gown (maybe it was a plus size specific gown) because it helped make me feel so comfortable.

The doctor was incredible.

Dr. Jaimee McPadden is very smart and personable. She takes the time to listen and offer advice and services based on our dialogue around my questions. I came into the well-woman appointment with a list of questions; she helped me with each one. I feel well taken care of!
