Incredible experience with Dr. Fraley who was warm, personable, and a good listener. She provided helpful information and I look forward to working with her. Other feedback: the office paperwork protocols need improvement. I filled out all online paperwork prior to my visit which took about 30 minutes (did this while I was on vacation), but then I was presented with the same physical paperwork in office prompting me to complete again despite having already done this. I told the front desk this was already done in advance (not sure if they have access to previously completed patient health records but if not then this is likely the disconnect) but they mentioned this is the office protocols. Then when I was getting checked in by the technician who took my vitals etc, she asked me some of the same health history questions again and inquired about the reason for my visit again. It all felt very redundant and not a good use of time or resources. Additional feedback - the floor was very dirty where I disrobed for my exam. Other women's hairs / dirt on the floors (consider vacuuming/sweeping in between patient visits if time permits). I also acknowledge my standards are perhaps higher than others.
