The whole staff was very sweet, kind and very professional. I did not have to wait long to be seen by Dr. Fraley. I'm usually very nervous about going to doctors appointments, especially OB/GYN, but Dr. Fraley and her assistant made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Fraley took her time explaining the different options available for me. I appreciate the gentle, kind, and special treatment that I received from Dr. Fraley. The ambiance of the clinic is warm and comforting unlike the typical cold, sterile clinic. All the staff are professional and courteous. I have been struggling with menopause and depression and my doctor was supportive and went above and beyond to get me the help I need.

Dr. Fraley is such a lovely person, kind and compassionate. My only dissatisfaction, it’s not with Dr. Fraley or Lynn or any of your staff, it’s with our current healthcare situation. A hormone replacement therapy that I and Dr. Fraley thinks I can benefit from greatly is not covered by Medicare and it’s expensive. Most of us seniors cannot just pay so much out-of-pocket every year. Going to do a little research and see if there is an alternative distribution method that I can see if Dr. Fraley would be willing to consider. I am very thankful to have a good practice like Cary OB/GYN nearby accepts my Medicare coverage.
