I didn't have to wait long at all in the lobby, and the employee who called me back was so polite and didn't show any impatience with me. And last but certainly not least, Dr. Fraley has always shown me excellent patient care. She always makes me feel like she cares and is genuinely concerned with any concerns I have.
Sometimes I think doctors forget that their patients don't hear ob/gyn lingo every day like they do. Sometimes we need a minute to figure out what they're talking about or referring to. (Procedures, etc).
