Jennifer Heinemann, MD

Dr. Heinemann is a Board Certified fellow of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Having been born and raised in Georgetown, SC, she attended the University of SC and received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. Upon completing her residency at the University of Florida Health Science Center in Jacksonville, she joined Lowcountry Women’s Specialists in 2008, and became a partner in 2009. Dr. Heinemann specializes in both gynecologic and obstetric care, including endometriosis, infertility, and polycystic ovarian syndrome. She is proficient in robotic surgery as well as both medical and surgical treatments for urinary incontinence. Dr Heinemann lives in Mt Pleasant and enjoys reading, boating swimming, traveling and, most of all, spending time with her husband John and their children.
