Started in 1991 by a group of local community doctors, LowCountry Women’s Specialists offers quality care for every stage of a woman’s life. We are Specialists in Women’s Healthcare. We are 8 Obstetricians & Gynecologists. Our ARDMS registered Ultrasonographers have more than 30 years of combined experience with 3-D and specialized OB/GYN Ultrasonography, and we offer a staff OB/GYN Coordinator who is available throughout each patient’s pregnancy to answer questions and provide prenatal educational materials and support. Along with our Staff, we are a progressive, experienced team of Medical professionals dedicated to bringing women of the LowCountry the best in quality Comprehensive HealthCare.

With locations in Carnes Crossroads and Summerville, Lowcountry Women’s Specialists offers general OB/GYN services, routine wellness visits and health management while accepting most health insurance plans. Since the practice is independently owned, we are able to offer quality care that is affordable. Both of our locations offer in-office, out-patient surgeries and procedures with local anesthesia, as well as an on-site lab and 3-D ultrasounds.We proudly deliver babies at the newly-renovated Women and Children’s Center at Summerville Medical Center and the new Roper Saint Francis Berkeley Hospital.
