The office staff, the medical assistant and the doctor were all friendly and pleasant. Dr. Pompliano was so patient and kind and really listened to everything I had to say.
Dr. Pompliano was, as always, very informative about the procedure and answered all of my questions and concerns. She explained the types of choices available and the reasons for each. After the procedure I was well-informed as to what to expect, and was requested to return in 2 weeks for a follow-up.
The staff and Dr were excellent. They made me fell very welcomed and comfortable.
