Spent 30 minutes night before doing online paperwork. Get to appointment and asked for insurance card, complete some other forms because certain forms don't transfer correctly. Always presented with gene cancer test form. Had it at the facility. Somebody needs to read records instead of continually asking for same info. Why complete 2 Hippa forms? The administration part is apparently broken.

She is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and memberships include American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Jessica worked as a labor and delivery nurse for 15 years where her passion for women’s health was developed. She also holds national certification in electronic fetal monitoring. Outside of work Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and son. She also enjoys being outdoors fishing, camping, and running.
