Dr. Delker is great. She's attentive, actively listens and offers education and solutions to issues mentioned. She also proactively addresses concerns and orders appropriate testing. I don't like that the birthing center is being used for these visits. The area is small, and the waiting room got crowded quickly.

I have struggled with perimenopause symptoms for two years and have made multiple appointments with different providers within the same practice to get some clarity. The first two providers immediately suggested I was depressed and could go on meds for it. I was adamant that wasn't the issue and remained frustrated. Dr. Delker was a breath of fresh air. She really took the time to listen to me, put everything together and talk through all the options. I felt heard for the first time and will now request only seeing her or her PA in the future. Dr. Delker spoke with me in a way that felt genuinely personal and compassionate, unlike any experience I've had with a provider before. She never seemed rushed or focused on simply moving to the next patient. Instead, she sat down with me, carefully reviewed my history and symptoms, and worked through everything together to fully understand the bigger picture and create a thoughtful plan of care. I truly felt believed and validated in what I've been experiencing, and I left the appointment feeling relieved and hopeful that I'm finally on a path toward feeling better.
