Dr. Bardos is the Medical Director, founding physician and a reproductive endocrinologist at CCRM Fertility in Miami. He is a board-certified Obstetrician Gynecologist by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and fellowship trained in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility and Medical Genetics. His specialties include Reproductive Genetics, Recurrent Pregnancy Loss and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Dr. Bardos received his undergraduate degree from Yeshiva University with Honors. He obtained his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine with special distinction in clinical research. While there, he completed his Masters in Bioethics at the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. During his residency training in OBGYN at Mt Sinai Hospital (Manhattan’s Upper East Side), he was inducted into the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Gold Humanism Honor Society for his compassion and teaching in medicine. He went on to do a Fellowship in Medical Genetics and Genomics with a focus on Reproductive Genetics at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami. After his genetics training, Dr. Bardos completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the National Institutes of Health and Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. Dr. Bardos has specialized training in recurrent pregnancy loss and completed his Certificate in Jewish Reproductive Law and Rabbinics focusing on Medicine and Jewish Law.
In addition to presenting his research and speaking at medical conferences, Dr. Bardos has authored numerous publications for notable peer-reviewed journals, including Obstetrics and Gynecology, Fertility and Sterility, Frontiers in Immunology, American Journal of Perinatology, and Verapo Yerape. His research includes miscarriage management, PGT outcomes and he has ongoing research looking at the reproductive tract microbiome profiles at the time of IVF and pregnancy outcomes.
Dr. Bardos is a member of the American College of Medical Genetics, American Society for Reproductive Medicine, Pacific Coast Reproductive Society, and American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is an elected member of the ACGME Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Milestones 2.0 Work Group, helping to rewrite the set of milestones to be used for REI Fellows to graduate. Additionally, he has been awarded several leadership honors and grants throughout his career, including the Medical Student Resident Teaching Award, the Yeshiva University Women Organization Young Leadership Award, the ACOG Roy M. Pitkin Award and Grant, and the Shire/ACMGF Next Generation Medical Genetics Training Grant. He lives in Surfside, FL with his wife and four children. When he is not playing with his children, Dr. Bardos enjoys biking, running, and relaxing on the beach.
