I did not wait too long in the lobby. Dr. Tom and her assistant both conducted themselves very professionally. Dr. Tom presented my case excellently, explaining to me the current ct scan result, next steps, and things for me to consider in making informed decision moving forward. She encouraged me think through the process before I make my decision. She took time to explain my current condition without rushing, avoiding overly technical medical terminologies, which gave me confidence in her professional abilities as a medical provider.
