My visit here was very good. I didn't have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The doctor took plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. The facility is clean and well maintained.

I would provide 5 stars however in the lobby there were 2 different patients watching videos on their phones with sound audible. Add the background music in lobby and it was very uncomfortable with all the noises. There should be a rule no cell phones or audible devices in the lobby. The temperature was also quite warm, not cool enough. Everything else was great.
I loved meeting Dr. Halprin! She was very thorough and didn't make me feel bad. On the contrary, she made me feel empowered and heard. I absolutely loved the nurses as well! Nurse Cierra is a dream - they all were! Additionally, the front desk staff is very kind and accommodating. Looking forward to my care at Gulf Coast OBGYN throughout this pregnancy.
I thought the attention from the provider was professional. She provided a detailed explanation of my issue and gave me options for treatment. Upcoming procedure 09.09.26.
The questionaire we went over, her timing spent on my concerns and what we could do once we confirm whats going on. she did not rush, she listened, took her time and explained everything when i hasd questions.

Dr. Halprin was very professional and knowledgeable while still being very personable and friendly. She listened to my concerns and asked plenty of clarity and follow-up questions while still feeling like a human to human interaction. I never got the feeling of being 'another part in the assembly-line of the schedule' experience that I've encountered in the past at other clinics. Dr. Halprin suggested a course of action that we both agreed on and I look forward to our follow-up visit.
