The doctor and support staff were friendly and communicated well. I felt like they cared for my comfort.
I would rate higher if 1. Dr was adamant about ordering any estrogen or progesterone creams on line. They are helpful so I dont understand why being prescribed something from the dr is better. I know Dr's get pharmaceutical kickbacks. 2. Upon leaving, I was discussing Mammogram locations and my next appt, for HRT, and another doctor or physician's assistant but another professional came up front and disrespectfully interrupted what the front desk employee was doing to address her needs and then the front desk employee had to redirect herself back to what we were discussing. That was ultimately unprofessional to do that in front of a patient.

My visit here was very good. I didn't have to wait long to be seen by the doctor. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The doctor took plenty of time with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. The facility is clean and well maintained.

I would provide 5 stars however in the lobby there were 2 different patients watching videos on their phones with sound audible. Add the background music in lobby and it was very uncomfortable with all the noises. There should be a rule no cell phones or audible devices in the lobby. The temperature was also quite warm, not cool enough. Everything else was great.
