She was kind, compassionate, nonjudgmental, thorough, and knowledgeable. She put me at ease with my problem and provided education effortlessly. She is an amazing provider. Even though I know the providers don't have much time with each patient, she spent an adequate amount of time with me and answered all my questions.

Kaitlyn is great. She was very helpful, informative, thorough and took time to listen and answer my questions. However, the online check-in process for the appointment is ridiculous, all the (required) questions/answers take forever to complete. This is not Kaitlyn's fault, though.
Dr Lucas was very informative and involved in starting my pregnancy journey. She gave me a lot of information on timelines, what I should be doing now and thr process going forward. She was very down to earth and caring. She went about my weight in a nurturing way and did not make me feel like I wasn't going to be able to get pregnant, but was upfront and still informative.
She was great to meet with, super friendly, thorough and sweet. Thank you!
