The visit was quick, my provider listened to my concerns and exceeded my expectations. Ms Lucas was extremely welcoming and thoughtful, showing kindness while I expressed my concerns. She was gentle and really took her time to make sure I was comfortable. Thank you, Kaitlyn for being so kind and caring.
Everything was great, the person that helped me check told me to let her know when I was done with the questionnaire. When I was done, she had stepped away, I waited a while but I assumed she went on break or something so I told another girl that was scrolling on her phone sitting at the desk that I was done and she told me that the previous person would help me when she returns. It was fine, no big deal but maybe they could've communicated to help me while the other was away.
First time patient. Everything went well. She spent her time and explained everything to me, answered my questions. We came to a therapy option and I am happy with it and her as my provider.

Even though I know the providers don't have much time with each patient, she spent an adequate amount of time with me and answered all my questions.
