She happily remained in Charlottesville to attend medical school at the University of Virginia and graduated in 2000. She then moved to Maryland to complete her OB/GYN residence at the University of Maryland in 2004. Since that time she has made Northern Virginia her home and has been providing gynecologic and obstetric care to women at Inova Fairfax Hospital. She is also a teaching attending for medical students and residents at the George Washington School of Medicine, Virginia Commonwealth University, and Inova Fairfax OB/GYN Residency program. Her practice consists of routine well women care, delivering babies, gynecologic problems and surgery, including office procedures and laparoscopy. When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and her yellow lab, Max, in Arlington, VA. She also enjoys staying active with cycling, running, and triathalons. For relaxation she enjoys reading, gardening and traveling the world.
