Katherine Eppler absolutely deserves five stars. From the moment I met her, she spent time getting to know me, talked to me like a person instead of just another patient, and found genuine ways to connect with me. She listened to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made sure every issue I came in with was fully addressed. I was especially anxious about having my IUD removed because I had heard it could be painful. Katherine immediately put me at ease, explained everything she was doing, and made the entire process quick, comfortable, and completely pain-free. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I also want to recognize her student, who was wonderful. She held my hand during the procedure, offered reassurance, and made me feel supported every step of the way. Together, they created an environment where I felt cared for as a person, not just a patient. Katherine truly understands the importance of personal connection in healthcare.
