Little wait time, kind and courteous toward me, presented options, well explained what she thought might be going on, very professional Katherine was thorough, knowledgeable, and did everything she could to help me. My only concern was I did not see results of one test to see if I had a UTI. I realize it was the weekend so just content to wait until today to hear as symptoms had subsided. I was pleased with my experience with Katherine and the Urgent Care Center.

The urgent care workers were very nice. The NP that saw me was very kind and very informative. Check in process was great and I got seen fairly quickly.
