Did not wait long in waiting area or exam room. Dr. Jones was as pleasant, thorough and unhurried as always.
Wait time was minimal. Staff was helpful. Dr. Jones is an excellent doctor. She listens, makes suggestions for necessary procedures, and is patient and kind.
Dr. Jones is the best listener. She exhibits attentiveness, empathy and is engaged with the conversation as she looks at you and sits and does not write or look at a screen.
