It was evident that Dr. Dedhia did not read my chart prior to my visit. She noted that I hadn't been to the office or had a PAP in 3 years, when I have annual PAPs due to a previous issue.
I felt listened to and helped during the appointment my concerns were not brushed off.
Frances Brady was thorough and detailed and several times asked me if I had any more questions and the staff was courteous and helpful throughout.

I really enjoyed Dr. Valcarcel. She explained everything she was doing thoroughly and was so kind. I really appreciated all the explanations and advice.
Frances and her assistant, Dominique, both take time with patients; they are pleasant and friendly. When speaking with Fran, she answers questions clearly and thoroughly. She is patient and welcoming.
Dr. Brea was attentive, respectful and answered all my questions. I felt that she wanted to explain everything to me that I needed to know to be well.
I'm very comfortable and familiar with the Madison environment - I have a good relationship with my doctor, Dr. K. I feel comfortable talking with her without judgment.
