Dr. O'Connell was so incredibly nice and kind. She answered all of my questions, and was very helpful with advice and options. She listened to all of my concerns about having a Pap smear and was very gentle and careful. The nurse was also very very kind and personable as well. And the lady that drew blood was also very kind. I felt so comfortable and taken care of, in all areas of the appointment.
