Everyone was nice, made sure I felt comfortable, and explained everything.
No one wants to get an exam, but here the staff are warm and welcoming putting you at ease from the moment you walk in. Alisha was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
The appointment took all of 17 minutes. So kudos to the office and how it was being run that day. But I wasn't asked about pharmacy options. That was my only issue. I couldn't get the pharmacy switched for my recent prescription even though I called and spoke with front desk about it. But I didn't have a bad experience at all.

I was blown away with all the free literature I was given and how easy that makes everything for me- even how to find out the cost of certain tests and where to sign up for birthing classes. My WHNP was very nice too.
Dr. O'Connell is an excellent GYN doctor! She listens well, offers sound advice, and is thorough in overall assessment of female health issues.
