Dr. Blank, born and raised locally, is honored to be a physician. He gives each patient the time, care, attention and expertise he would expect his family to receive. He graduated with honors from Georgetown University, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his medical degree with honors from the University of Maryland and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Blank trained as an intern and resident at Georgetown University, where he also served as the Chief Administrative Resident. Dr. Blank is a board certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He has practiced more than 20 years and thus his breath and depth of experience is extensive. He has special interest in preventative healthcare and patient education, menopause management, female sexual function and the gynecologic care of women diagnosed with breast cancer. Dr. Blank formerly served as the Medical Director of the Teen Connection of Takoma, a clinic serving the needs of the under-served teens in the Greater Washington area; and a Fellow at the Food and Drug Administration.
