The whole process was speedy and efficient. Dr. Blank is knowledgeable, remembers non-gynecologic facts about his patients, and talks through everything the perfect amount.
My first visit with Dr. Blank was thorough, and he listened compassionately. I do my research on PMOs and he was not annoyed that I knew a fair amount already, which is better than some doctors! He pointed out two things for me to keep an eye on and even noted a cancer screening I should consider that other doctors had never brought up.

Dr. Kenneth Blank is hands-down the best OBGYN. He is the absolute definition of a compassionate, caring physician. His exceptional bedside manner immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable being completely open about my health concerns. He listens intently, demonstrates true empathy, and makes sure you feel heard and understood at every appointment. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

He received his medical degree with honors from the University of Maryland and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Blank trained as an intern and resident at Georgetown University, where he also served as the Chief Administrative Resident. Dr. Blank is a board certified Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He has practiced more than 20 years and thus his breath and depth of experience is extensive. He has special interest in preventative healthcare and patient education, menopause management, female sexual function and the gynecologic care of women diagnosed with breast cancer. Dr. Blank formerly served as the Medical Director of the Teen Connection of Takoma, a clinic serving the needs of the under-served teens in the Greater Washington area; and a Fellow at the Food and Drug Administration. Dr. Blank is voted to the Best Physicians both in Washingtonian Magazine and Washington Consumer Checkbook. His proudest accomplishment, however, is his family; he is married with four children.
