Appointment was very efficient. I didn't have to wait long to be called back or to be seen by Dr. Bajaj. Staff were professional and courteous. Dr. Bajaj was very personable, asked a lot of questions and listened to my concerns.

I love how efficient the office operates. From the check-in procedures, the shortness of time I have to wait to see Dr. Safran, how he meets with you before your exam and focuses all of his attention on you while you are there, to the check-out procedures. I am usually done in 45 minutes and have never had such a thorough and efficient experience in a doctor's office! Dr. Safran is fantastic—he is always pleasant, listens carefully, and follows up immediately. He is by far my doctor, and even though I have moved out to Virginia, I still make the drive in to see him because he really is that good!
Dr. Safran is great per usual. The medical assistant was very nice, too. The appointment was efficient and easy.
