Dr. Caulkins is an amazing doctor. She truly cares about her patients, takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. She shows compassion and makes me feel valued. Her quality work is worth waiting for. I had a C-section with her and she walked me through it every step of the way. She reassured that everything will be okay and calmed my nerves. She is honest and very thorough.
Everyone was so kind and patient. From the front desk person, to the woman that walked me to and from my room. I felt listened to and cared for the whole time.
Doctor is very pleasant and has great bedside manners. Appointment was on time and I didn't have to wait long. Staff had great customer service. Doctor made me feel like I'm in control especially when talking about family planning and just wanted my happiness.
