Everything was explained clearly. Staff pleasant, facility very clean. Was seen immediately.
In the hospital setting for surgery everything was excellent. The only issue I had was I never heard from anyone preop or post op. Inside the actual hospital, things were above and beyond. Dr Singleton was excellent and all the hospital staff was excellent. It would have been nice to have a preop phone call regarding surgery prep and reminders on what not to take, and post op follow up from a nurse would have been helpful. When I called with some questions, they kept directing me to the ER when it wasn't that serious.
I've been going here for almost 20 years!! I've had both of my boys through this clinic. Overall it has been a really great experience all around. Great staff and very caring and kind!
